Limited Warranty Policy for Nestl®

Thank you for choosing Nestl, a brand that is dedicated to providing comfort and affordability. We strive to ensure the highest quality in our products and want you to have peace of mind when making a purchase. This Limited Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.
1. Warranty Coverage:
a. This limited warranty covers manufacturing or production defects in Nestl products.
b. The warranty period is valid for a duration of 2 years from the date of purchase.
c. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Manufacturing or Production Defects:
a. Manufacturing or production defects refer to any faults or flaws arising from the production process, materials, or workmanship.
b. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or damage caused by the customer.
c. We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether a defect falls within the scope of this warranty.
3. Warranty Claims and Process:
a. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase, including the date and location of purchase.
b. Warranty claims should be made by contacting our customer support team through cs@nestl.com.
c. Upon receipt of the warranty claim, we will evaluate the reported defect and determine whether it qualifies for warranty coverage.
d. If the defect is deemed to be a manufacturing or production defect covered under this warranty, we will provide a replacement product of similar value.
e. In the event that an identical replacement is not available, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable product.
4. Exclusions and Limitations:
a. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow product care instructions.
b. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other expenses.
c. This warranty does not cover any products purchased from unauthorized sellers or outlets.
5. Legal Rights:
a. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
b. This warranty is in addition to any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
